Greek mythology is still part of our everyday lives, their morals invisibly influence how we view ourselves and the world around us. In Antigone everybody is right. Tragedy is caused by the collision of the different truths.
The well-known classic tragedy by Sophocles will be put on stage in Pécs with a new concept. The role of the Chorus is given new interpretation and a new form language. Béla Faragó has composed opera music for the Chorus, the solos will be sung by opera singers.
The performance is played in Hungarian.
